Ph.D. and Fellowship Courses offered by ACE Hospital, Pune
Ace Hospital and Research Centre, Pune has been conducting educational and research activities since about a decade now. The institute is recognized by the state health sciences university (MUHS, Nashik) for various academic programs.
The institute runs a one-year Fellowship course in minimal access surgery in Laparoscopy, Robotics and Endourology(FMAS) which is the first of its kind in the country/state.
There are two separate Ph.D. research programs conducted by the institute. Ph.D. course in Urology and Ph.D. course in interdisciplinary research. The Interdisciplinary program is for research in Yoga where any prospective scholar can interest himself in studying the effects of Yoga through modern parameters.
As every year one fellow has enrolled himself for undertaking training in minimal access laparoscopic surgery. Currently, two scholars are engaged in research into subjects relating to urological disorders.
